Penis skin red and rash

Foreskin on my penis has been reddish and quite itchy since last few months. Initially redness was confined to the foreskin just below the head of penis and rash also. But now whole of the groin area feels itchy. I have consulted few doctors till now. It has been of no help. Please let me know of a good online consultation and the way forward.
