There won't be any permanent changes of penis size with hot - cold water bath.In ours culture, some misnomers had been spread much like more penile length-diameter, higher sexual intercourse timings are  mandatory to satisfy female partner. Some person fears that it will be stamped that this male has small penis. But it's not really true.
