Hi Doctor, Everyday Whenever I retract my foreskin for cleaning and Rub over the glans. There is white stuff (smegma) there and sometimes it feels itchy too.There is white patches near urethra.Before I did not have this problem. Also I don't have any medical history. I had this problem from September and also feel sweaty around my genital areas I know this is due to climate.I am applying  Candid Cream daily for once. Is this normal for everyone?
