Hello, Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely. I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision). We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well. Dear You are 18 . No doctor can give a medical advise outside an official in person or online consultation . But I can share some simple measures . If phimosis is very tight an evaluation with a local physician is a good idea not just for the tight skin but the possibility of smegma under the foreskin specially collected behind the glans. Till then you can use soft QTIp like earbuds to apply pure coconut oil Vaseline the transparent one . Not the white or lotion kind ( they have additives and preservatives) Make sure the penis is in flaccid state. Pull the Foreskin a little bit forward away from the body This will create a little space between the skin and glans Don’t put dry QTIp Take Vaseline on QTIp and apply gently under the skin Try to go in a circular motion around the glans. Do not touch the tip to the urethral meatus. Keep hands clean. Do not push under the foreskin blindly it can hurt , cause abrasions or tears . Do not stretch or pull back the foreskin behind the glass as it might not come back to front. And get stuck needing surgery to release. Wash it then with warm water Do this for couple days It may not stretch skin completely but will prevent any adhesions or stickiness. Best solution in most cases is to get a surgical evaluation and discuss the option for Elective circumcision . This will avoid future complications like Phimosis / Balanitis / painful intercourse etc. Hygiene is the key. Remember the covered area between the foreskin and glans is very sensitive so only a physician can suggest a medicated cream after a consultation. Hope this helps.
