Since last few days I am observing everytime after sperm discharge my penis head has some yellow material on it. It creates after few hours of sperm discharge. I usually clean it with water. Is there anything serious problem? Is it STD? Or its a normal thing and as a form of maintaining hygienve we need to clean it? Can someone please help me.
