My pennis head pain whenever I touch it or its get touched by clothes.basically pain is not on foreskin rather it's on pennis head.

Normally the head of the penis (the glans) is sensitive to touch. Given that, what you are experiencing is normal. However, if you haven't had this before but started recently, you would better see a doctor nearby.
