Sir my age is 32 and newly married. Earlier my penis foreskin was very tight and I couldn't expose the glans. But I was able to pull my foreskin 6 months back but the glans is highly sensitive. The sexologist recommend me lox 2 pc Gel but it is temporary.. Can someone recommend some medicine so that glans sensitivity is reduced ie the electric current like painful sensation, tingling sensation is reduced and my sex life will be normal

Dear Friend, Please do not worry. it is a very commonly known condition in an uncircumcised person. The sensitivity can be reduced with the help of a local anesthetic which is given to you but it will affect the pleasure also. however, with time the sharp stinging sensitivity will become less.
Next Steps
Please try Tacrolimus 0.1% Cream. Use Regular Condom for a while, Tab PREGA-NT once a day to calm the nerve sensitivity.
Health Tips
Avoid any excessive friction or skin pulling. Try different modes of sexual activities that don't lead to excessive friction on the glans penis with the mutual consent of the partner. Patience is most imp. You will see improvement for sure. and congratulations on your marriage to both of you.
