My penis's foreskin is not getting full back when erected..i just want to know that can it done by naturally like masterbating hard and forcefully push the skin back when erected or the way is operation to cut out that skin.should I Send u image of it so u can give me a better suggestions

u can do regular  masturbation using some lubricant  gel like lubic gel. if there is no pain during masturbation nothing to worry. if retraction is painful  or incomplete during  full erection  better to consult some surgeon /urologist.
