Hi Doctor, I have a problem with my penis skin where it is sticky and penis forehead also looks different as attached in the image. I don't have itching on penis but I used to have same sickness and itching in my anus i used lulliconozole for almost 2 years as per doctor's advice  but it didn't cured it and I have started using clotrimazole cream from last 3 weeks in night and then powder in the morning then itching is gone in anus and then sickness is also almost gone under foreskin and anus and under testicles. But still my penis forehead looks like this mostly when my penis erect and come to normal state. please suggest me what can I do

Persistent sticky glans skin that didn't respond to luliconazole for 2 years suggests a resistant fungal infection (candidal balanitis) or possibly balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO/lichen sclerosus) — topical antifungals alone won't work for the latter. A proper diagnosis is needed before further treatment.
Next Steps
See a dermatologist or urologist for a skin swab/KOH test. You may need oral fluconazole or a steroid cream depending on the diagnosis. Keep the area clean and dry. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
