I had a penile skin graft and circumcision done 3.5 months back. So how i should i wait to have sex again ?

Usually skin grafts will heal within 4 weeks (obviously it depends from person to person). If the healing is complete, wound has become dry and there is no pain then you can start having sex again.

You can show a doctor to see if the wound has healed completely or not.
