I hv fat skin at my perenium (area between scrotum and anus)and fatty layer or extra on scrotum also on the base of it also there is something like lipoma but not 2 cm big but something white and round at the base of penis on left side which causes discomfort during erection and ejaculation...what is this?? Please explain
