I have been diagnosed with penile fibrosis plaque. Doctor recommended shock wave therapy 12 sessions. Plaque is 6mm. I get pain during after erection. Please suggest if the treatment is correct? Any home remedy? Thanks

This could be peyronies disease. And if you are having pain then it's in acute stage . Shock wave is one the modality but there are many treatment for it. Take a consultation for detailed discussion.
