I masturbated yesterday and also did today but today after masturbation I felt a sharp heavy pain in my penile head or maybe was like something stuck in my urethra but after few secs I became completely back to normal but those seconds are still haunting me so what was that ?and why did it happened although I'm still experiencing some burning pain

It is nerve pain. Do not do masturbation for few days. Go and get a gf and enjoy naturally.
