Sir 9 months back I have accidentally injured my penis during masturbation then I felt some burning sensation pain and weakness at one side of my penis still I didn't get better now my symptoms got worse and I feel more weakness at one side of my penis ,sir nerves seriously damaged if they doesn't respond to medications then there is any nerve surgery to restore nerve health for penis please give answer sir I am facing too much weakness and muscle cramps in penis please solve my problem Iam worrying a lot
