Hello, I never had sex till now and recently while having sex with my partner when I tried to insert my penis, I could not hold the hardness of penis for so long. I ejaculated within seconds even before inserting my penis into her vagina. I could not control the excitement and also could not get the hardness again. M not able to understand whether it's psychological or physical. Please help.
