I am 20 week pregnancy done anomaly scan it show mild dilatation of pelvicalyceal system In Fetus. AP Diameter Of  Right Pelvicalceal System Measures 5.3 mm and AP Diameter of left pelvicalceal system measures 5.7 mm Is it normal or not
