My ultrasound report says i have minimal free fluid seen in cul de sac. Mild tenderness in low abdomen And signs of pelvic inflammatory pathology with associated inflammatory gastric and bowel pathology suggested. What are the implications and what should i do?

It means you are having infection .you need to take the antibiotics for the infection. take probiotics. you need to see the doctor to remove this infection.as it may cause impact on your daily life.
