Hello I'm 22 year old male and I want to ask that I'm into gym workouts and also lifts heavy according to my body strength so is there any chances that it can effect badly in my pelvic floor muscle over a long time as recently I'm also having frequent need to pee everytime I drink water both on gym and off gym so what can be the cause of it and what precautions should I take

Lifting heavy Weight nd passing frequent urination is not to be worried. Would like to know if you are on Creatinine supplement and whey protein!? If so, i would recommend u to drink plenty of water, Additional 1.5-2 litres/day On long term basis, Doing proper technique reduces your chances of injury.
