2025-12-17 03:21:33
Main symptoms- scrotum tingling and nocturnal erections at the age of 44 started since 1 yr which causes sleep disturbance: Sometimes tingling comes in pelvic area  and  anal area and sometimes cold spots in pelvic area ..almost tingling comes first in scrotum before urge to urine..so it is kind of become indicator for passing urine: Observation: stool pressure, gas bloating in night ( gas occurs mostly in night) and sometimes urine pressure increases frequency and strength of nocturnal erections which sometimes go down after i wake up and walk for 2-3  min or pass gas ..Noticed wheb i pass stool in night before sleeping, there is moderately correlation with less frequency and strength of nocturnal erections.. Checked with neurologist, did mri with contrast for whole spine but no neural compression observed ..tried mitrazapine for 2 months as suggested by neurologist but no help ..
