Hello..There are some spots which look like pearly penis pupils or fordyce spots on penis shaft and foreskin of penis from inside..This has been present for the last 13 years but these spots does not grow but causes scratching sometimes when urine or hot water falls on it...otherwise it does not cause any problem. On the foreskin these spots are in group present on both opposite sides of skin. I have not done any sexual activity yet.these spots were observed first when i was 14 yrs.Previously when i was small i was having kidney problem that albumin in urine was high and all my face and eyes used to get swallon up.then i took treatment for about 6 years and then there was no problem after i was 12 yrs..
