Pea sized lump next to my nipple (male)

My first worry started about a month ago when I noticed a hard painful lump in my armpit which went down after about 8 days, one week later the same thing happened in my opposite armpit and also my left nipple, both have gone down since but now a pea size lump remains in my nipple. Is this something to be worried about?
