Yes you must take the vaccine at 14 weeks. Government and private vaccine schedules are different. Then you should decide whether to follow government or private. Some vaccines are not given in government like influenza, typhoid etc. follow the government schedule now and later you can take the vaccines which were missed in private.

Can continue same schedule, consider this as second dose and get 3 rd dose 4 weeks later

Take at 14 weeks 3rd dose can take at 18 weeks (4 weeks apart after 2nd dose)
