Pcv booster need to take or not?

Hello Doctor, My son's age is 15 months. Need to take vaccines - MMR-2, vericella and pcv booster. One doctor suggested to take all 3 vaccines. But another doctor suggested -"if baby took all the vaccines before 15 months then no need to take pcv booster". What to do Doctor? Why is PCV booster needed for? Please suggest. Thank you.

Attaach vaccination card. If pcv booster is done at 9 month No need now but if not ...take it
