pcv is pneumococcal vaccine and protects against a bad type of chest infection that affects children 6 months to 5 years of age.it should be given to children 3 doses by 6 months of age and a booster by 18 months.its an effective vaccine,very useful but costly so we advice parents to at least give 2 doses,if giving all doses is out of budget.

RV is rotavirus - against diarrhoea.
In under 1 year of age 30% loose motion and vomiting is due to rotavirus .
Give 3 dose before 6 months of age
Not to be given beyond 8 months of age.
A very effective vaccine.issue is the cost .You should choose these vaccines .
