I m 23 n was diagnosed with pcos at age of 18, at first year I took tarana ocp, then I didnt take anything for 2nd year, then in 3rd year I took metformin with olistat. Since 2years I m not taking anything for pcos. Lmp was on 17jan'20. Not active sexually. Noticing bit hirsutism. And I have severe acne vulgaris on back shoulder upper chest. For acne vulgaris, chemical peel treatment has already done. But no benefit. Now I feel depressed. Gained approx 8kg from past year. M sharing a picture, similar acne I have on my back. Kindly help. I have done almost all possible treatment for every thing. No results.
