Pcos.. trying to conceive
I am facing irregular menses problem due to which I have done basti panchkarma post my menses ended last month date for the last menses was 17th August however there is no signs of getting menses for this month. I am also taking ayurvedic medicines for menses. How much time does panchkarma takes to heal your problem also how much time it takes one to conceive..

Do follow these medications for a period of three months.
1.Sapthasara kashayam 3tsp with 10 tsp water with 2 pinch Hing and 1/2 teaspoon jagerry mix all together morning and night 1/2 hou before food ( Kottakal Pharmacy )
2.Siva gutika 1-0-1 before food ( BV PUNDIT )
3.Rajapravarthini vati 2-0-2 after food ( stop when periods starts)
4.kumariyasavam 25ml-25ml-25ml after food
Avoid all fried items for 6 months
Avoid all sugar and it’s products
Avoid all diary items
Do half hour brisk walking a day
Reduce intake of rice and add more greens in diet
All the best follow all medications except rajapravarthini vati for 3 months

Once your underlying problem which is hampering conception is cured, you can conceive even in the first month. How ever without knowing parameters like menstrual cycle details ,ovulation, hormone levels USG etc one can not exactly estimate whether you are cured or not. Please get your self checked.

if menstrual flow is not started even after 30 days of last period date and you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, you should do a pregnancy test or blood Hcg hormone test to know if you are pregnant
