I have pcos . But from last one year I was getting my periods regularly , but this year in July I didn't get my periods then I took progesterone & completed 3 cycles of krimson 35( which led to acne breakouts & severe hair fall), but my periods again became irregular once I stopped taking pills . Despite eating healthy and doing yoga I am still having hirusutism & irregular periods . Please suggest ways to get periods naturally - which supplements should I add in my diet to lower my androgen levels . Currently I am on myoinositol. Can I add shatavari,spearmint tea & salmon omega 3 together in my routine ?
