I have one concern do I have pcos ? I havent missed any cycle through out my life. Sometimes periods gets delayed by 1-5 days , usually my cycle is around 30 days.Once or twice in a year my period gets delayed by 14-15+ days. Then when it comes it happens naturally, My flow in one cycle last for 3-4 days. Also in june month j was taking placida and in july I took indreal la (both prescribed by doctor) Last cycle had less flow.currently im on my 2nd day of period. Does this indicate PCOS? Im kind of confused about facial hairs, I have one strand in my chin noticed last 3-4 years back , 2 noticeable strand one my chest . Since childhood Iike around 13/14 years I have hairs on my lower abdomen its in a straight pattern. And also since last many years i have noticed some hairs around my nipple area too Is this Pcos/pcod? I domt want to get unecessary tests What are definitive signs of pcos? Is this hair thing normal in these areas?

PCOS is usually confirmed only when at least two of three things are present together: irregular cycles, signs of excess male hormone like the hair pattern you describe, or a particular ovarian appearance on ultrasound, not from any single symptom alone.
Next Steps
A simple hormone panel and pelvic scan, done together, is the most efficient way to know for sure.
