I have PCOS and have been bleeding since long. Doctor has suggested pause mf and tab crina, I wanted to clarify if they are taken together? Or after pause mf I have to take crina. Had a practo consultation, unable to get in touch with doctor. I also got my blood tests done and any advice on that will be helpful. • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH): 7.76 mIU/mL • Luteinizing Hormone (LH): 15.45 mIU/mL • Prolactin: 21.18 ng/mL • Insulin: 9.33 µIU/mL • Testosterone: 70.13 ng/dL • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH): 2.237 µIU/mL • Glucose, Fasting: 96 mg/dL

First get your Transvaginal ultrasound done to find out endometrium thickness & exclude presence of polyps , fibroids . With the TVS report , you should take one video consultation.

U should have an ultrasound done to look for any pathology and the endometrial thickness. Pause and crina can be taken together.

Pcos is not the reason for prolonged bleeding Thyroid and prolactin levels are normal But you need an ultrasound to understand the reason for the Prolonged bleeding before any random prescription
