I have pcos & trying to concive. I am taking fol123 and normoz. My thyroid was 4.28 so I am taking thyronorm.my last lmp was 21may. I took letrozole from 2nd day of my period for 5 days. I had a scan on day 11th and 13 th. On 13th day the follical size was 19*20 and endometrial lining was 6.5mm so doctor suggested me to take progynova and ivf hcg injection. Day15 scan showed that follical is rapture and endomertrial lining was also good and I take susten for 10 days.can I be pregnant this time?

Time will tell about that. It’s not a 100%success rate in first attempt only. More important is to not get disappointed with one negative cycle but to keep trying.
Next Steps
Tubal evaluation for patency if 2-3 cycles also do not give success
