Last period on 31st may after that till today i didnt get period but having symptoms like mood swingss slight pain around lower back tiredness confusion and swollen face and belly body feels heavy as well Should i wait for period to come or see doctor

A Week +\- from your last menstrual day is normal. If it's delayed more than that you should consult. Pcos does cause irregular periods, so better get an evaluation done.
