PCOD Problems-Unusual Hair Growth

I've been diagnosed with PCOD since 1.5years now. And I had Ovalife Met tablets (x2) everyday for 2-3 months in the beginning. I don't know if I saw any improvement. But last couple of months, I'm facing a lot of trouble. There has been excessive facial hair growth. Also I can't seem to lose weight. Although, the facial hair and body hair is my biggest problem currently. The whole hair removal process is very painful. Please advise.

U need to start C OCPs and Metformin. If there is no response additional drugs like spiranolactone may be added.
