My ultra sound report says this . . UTERUS: normal in size and echotexture, measures 6.5×3.7×2.9cm. No focal lesions. Endometrial thickness is 4.5mm . . OVARIES: both ovaries are relatively enlarged in size and show small peripherally arranged follicles, each measuring 4-5mm RO:3.7×2.1cm LO:3.8×2.3 . . . URINARY BLADDER: well distended. No wall thickening. No calculi. No evidence of any adnexal mass lesion No evidence of any free fluid in pelvis . . IMPRESSIONS: *no evidence of intraurine gestational sac *bilateral polycystic ovaries
