Hi ,I am having pcod and i am trying to concieve. Can anyone suggest a vegetarian pcod diet to resolve the pcod.i walk for 30 mins daily.

If u r trying  to concieve and u r pcod u will need a bit of medication help along with diet control . U need to avoid sweets, white bread ,  rice, maida biscuits, cold drinks. Loosing 10 % of weight is like reversing 90% of pcos
