I am diagnosed with PCOD while trying to conceive. Doctor prescribed me Normoz DS and Glycomet 850 SR. Will these medicines help me in conceiving?

These are the drugs which helps in reducing the insulin resistance and reducing the PCOS condition, if the PCOS is condition is resolved then the chances for pregnancy increases
