PCOD and not getting periods

I have diagnosed with PCOD and I was in medication for 3 months, during that time I had my periods normal and after that I stopped the medications till then I got my periods normal since I practiced yoga and diet, after that I didn't get my period for 3 months during the period of lockdown, now please suggest me some medication to get my periods and after that I will follow my lifestyle.

Yo need to practice healthy lifestyle,do excercises and diet, before starting tablet need  more information
