Diagnosed last yr with pcod less than 5 mm size cyst but this time now I have diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 and bulky ovaries problem and I have last menses on 13 Feb ,3 times my menses were regular ,but after period on 13 Feb I have regular basis more pain in right and left abdomen corner side and in jan 2023 I have UTI type symptoms too ,many time have to go for urination , somehow it resolved but still burning after urination and I also feel pressure pelvis side btw I always have right side corner more pain but this time I have both side corner pain .I always have irregular menses from childhood and 2017 I started gaining weight and from 2019 I have anxiety and mental problem . In 2021 I have pain also in my pelvis ,waist area ,chest area ,vagina area, shown to gynecologist but that time my ultrasound report normal and no medication a after that I don't get the periods for 4 months nomedicinebutperiodcomeagain,2022went to psychiatrist she diagnosed me with somatoform disorder
