I had one year back PCL injury and took MRI, the report impression as follows. AVULSION OF PCL WITH SEPARATED BONY FRAGMENT FROM TIBIAL EMINENCE size of fragment 17 mm x 10 mm. About 3 mm elevation noted. All other ligament are normal. Pain from one year decreased, but while walking on steps, feeling knee not behaving normal. Is required surgery or physiotherapy resolve it.
