Pattern baldness problem
I've suddenly started losing hair a lot so I consulted my Dermat and she prescribed me Androanagen Tab and Tugain solution 10% as it's hereditary pattern baldness... I still feel my front hairline is receding and I don't see my hair growing though I'm taking the medication prescribed... will dermaroller help me for that? Also please tell me if I can use Dutamax Lotion on scalp for better results and hair regrowth instead of Tugain?

Since it is Androgenetic alopecia , the hairline receding is the normal pattern and the medication prescribed by a Dermat is absolutely correct and those medications are to prevent your hairline going back further.
You can add Dutamax lotion in your daily regimen but don’t stop Tugain
