Pathology report, please explain

Almost 3 weeks before my wife had mastectomy surgery for grade 1 carcinoma. Today we got her pathology report for those 2 tumors. I am attaching this report. Can someone please explain this report? ER : positive - Allred score 8/8 PR : positive - Allred score 7/8 Her2neu : negative - score 0

Consult Now
Did your wife recueve chemotherapy prior to mastectomy.? If she had not recieved we have to go ahead with chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy along with hormonal therapy as the disease is hormone positive. If chemotherapy had already been recieved, one should go for radiotherapy along with hormonal therapy now
