I have patchy flakes below eye lashes and also on scalp. It's extremely itchy on scalp and the eye lash part is itchy when touched or sometimes itchy by itself. And the flakes below eyelashes are not that easy to remove. Even did remove it forms again by day it's visible. I have hair loss too. Hair loss it getting worse. That could be even because of water here coz every one has hair loss by the way am not an expert though just said. Please suggest me a solution ASAP. Thank-you
