Patchiness and redness in veins

Diagnostic was trying to insert a vego for a test in my veins but couldn't above elbow as it got swelled and now redness blue colour spots have appeared. Last year also when I had typhoid, after giving blood test sample, there used to be same issue. Pictures attached. Kindly advice..
