Patches on skin
Hello doctors,
Since this afternoon, I’ve been feeling itchy, and I noticed small marks like ant stings on a few parts of my body—my back, legs, and near my armpits. I ignored them, thinking they might be ant bites. Now, since this evening, I have swollen patches all over my back, around my knees, thighs, and near my armpits.
Could you please help me understand how and why this happened, how I can get rid of it, and whether it’s something serious?
Also I haven't used any new products or ate something unusual since yesterday.

This is most definitely condition we label as Acute Urticaria or HIVES in common parlance.
Causes can be many.
From food allergies to insect bite allergies anything is possible

Fan, A/C and cooler environment
Quick shower 🚿 without any rubbing or towelling.. dab dry.
Antihistamine eg Fexofenadine 180 mg immediately with good hydration.
