I really want a direction in life. Which is why i want to opt for a past life regression therapy. How can i proceed? What all will i have to do to prep myself for the process? Also, how much is it going to cost? I'm looking for therapists in Delhi-NCR Region.

Hello, if you want direction in life you may be helped only with counseling also, you may not necessarily do past life regression for that. If you want to do past life regression there is no special preparation involved and the cost may differ from therapist to therapist.
