I have pcl reconstruction and partial medial meniscectomy in my right knee.... doctors removed 25% of my medial meniscus..... i just want to know is it large part of meniscus that is removed ?? Or 25% removed is not extra.. is it enough to do normal activities ?
Partial Meniscectomy is a commonly done procedure for torn meniscus...It does not have any long term implications and usually gives very good symptomatic relief...Hence you can definitely continue all your normal activities without any worry or hesitation.
