I had been using antibiotic since 10 days for parotitis, and the blood reports are as follows and readings. could you please explain and advise on the details and correct treatment ESR is normal, and RBS is normal too

Your total white cells count is raised..it indicates infection/inflammation..if swelling not subsided do a USG parotid region and neck.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
