Parkinson and hillusinating

My father is recently diagnosed with parkinson. Ever since he started medication he has been hillusinating non stop. It has been very difficult to take care of him. We are really worried for his health and need immediate help

Hi.. Hallucinations are a side-effect of medicines given for Parkinson's disease.
Next Steps
Follow up with his neurologist for changing the dose of or altering the medicine.
