Parkinson and hillusinating

My father has been diagnosed with parkinson for about six months now. With dolpia medicine his mobility improved but he started hillusinating non stop. He wont trust anyone. He stopped eating . It has been difficult to take care. We need immediate help.

The Parkinson disease medicine needs optimisation . Meet neurologist to adjust dosage of drugs . May be anti hallucinating drug can be added which will surely solve the problems .
