I am having pain since mid December, fortify it started from anal pain , constipation severe cramps Then I was diagnosed with paraovarian cyst right pelvic area 2.9 cm Left hemorrhagic cyst Now next ultrasound shows only right side paraovarian cyst 2.3 cm On medication nac sr 100 Pain is not improved
