Hi , I am trying to conceive for a yearn my periods are normal. I had two miscarriages. First one due to chromosomal abnormality and the next there was no egg sac formed. I have taken antibody tests and it seems normal. Karyotype test results are yet to come. Took a 3d ultrasound and found a small simple cyst of 1.2×1.0 cms in the left adnexa. Other than that everything is normal. Should I need a surgery to remove it. Or I can plan the pregnancy and the cyst will go away on its own?
